paper
● Moved to back end operations at Good Cause, responsible for Donor
Services including donor data entry, welcome calling and file export to
NFP clients
● Moved ‘client side’ to run Regular Giving programs for major INGOs,
responsible for revenue generation and optimisation, driven by
attrition and retention metrics and data processes

of records sent and donor
retention in 3-12 months
● Resourcing in 2 teams no
longer required to transfer data

23. What’s next?
● Create an API connection from
Everging to our mail house to reduce
the time taken for welcome letter data
to be transferred - this is currently a
14 to 21 day process
● Have approved pledge records
delivered to their FTP at the end of
each day

data delivery across:
