Programme (SOAHP)

Public Sector Land programme Over £1bn for HCA to release market land with the capacity for 36,000

Accelerated Construction £2bn fund to deliver up to 15,000 starts on public sector land
Starter Homes Land Fund £1bn to acquire, invest and de-risk land with the capacity for 25,000 new
