OBJECTIVE Sr. Product Marketing Manager
EXECUTIVE PROFILE
o Successfully brought new products & technologies to the marketplace, and spearheaded new designs; this
included establishing a major potential customer & market base, many starting from virtually no brand
recognition.
o During the above period, was also responsible for researching several non-traditional markets for the
companies to penetrate – many of which produced significant growth revenue & opportunities.
o Has senior level product marketing experience, with twelve years in advanced technologies and new product
releases – where I managed over fifteen emerging technology lines and four years of expanding industrial
products and their end-markets . In addition, I previously managed a team of marketing professionals - for
twelve years.
o Managing and being the market expert for new & emerging component products - which included new LED
lighting technologies, hazardous location products, MEMS (Micro Electromechanical Systems) sensor
business, LED value-added products, fiber optic products, touch-sensing ICs & software, intellectual property,
and RFID hardware & software.
o Developed candidate choices for future mergers and acquisitions, as well as the strategic analysis; this was
performed directly for company senior management – in order to increase product breadth and synergistic
sales.
o Has over 25 years of product marketing experience, with most of that time in vertical market expansion.

were not currently being applied (The product range is under the NAICs code on Electrical Switch Gear.)
While at IDEC, I released ten new products introductions, while developing plans for penetrating several new markets.
I also headed new market penetration of the oil & gas industry with hazardous location products. Also began targeting
the wastewater and penetrating deeper within the commercial HVAC and people moving industries. Sales were up for
my product lines, the first three years of marketing.
While at IDEC, worked with the marketing communications group in developing new promotions, literature,
videos, web pages, distributor incentives, and product releases.
