Through the implementation support
partner (ISP) program, J.D. Edwards’ part-
ners with more than 90 companies world-
wide to supplement the J.D. Edwards
direct consulting services organization.
This diverse partner community is made
up of organizations with local, regional,
national, and international operations offer-
ing the best in J.D. Edwards implementa-
tion and consulting skills.The program
includes firms specializing in application,
technical, technology, and project manage-
ment offerings.This partner community
includes an elite group of firms positioned
to help J.D. Edwards clients achieve the
highest degree of satisfaction and success.

mentation support partnership programs:
the select consulting partner program and
the service partner program. Both pro-
grams are composed of firms holding
tremendous experience and expertise in
the J.D. Edwards solution.The trademark
of these relationships is a very close work-
ing relationship with the J.D. Edwards
direct client services organization.
Select Consulting Partners
Selecting consulting firms are full service
capable, holding skill in application, techni-
cal, technology, and project management
areas. Select consulting firms must be
able to prime projects with in-house,
salaried resources. In addition, select con-
sulting firms must have a well-defined
business development organization with
account executives skilled at marketing
services and generating service leads.
These organizations’ consulting revenue
is generated by their strong consulting
skills sets and quality reputations. Select
consulting organizations are widely
regarded as "consulting powerhouses."
Select consulting firms must have a pool
of J.D. Edwards reference accounts.As a
result, most select consulting firms have
been in the J.D. Edwards partnership com-
munity for a number of years.
