The Solution
Working with stakeholders, DATA Inc. collected information from departments within the pharmaceutical cli-
ent ranging from Pharmaceutical Operations and Industrial Affairs to Research and Development. Using this
information, DATA Inc’s team updated and expanded the capabilities of the system, creating new reports to
measure employee performance, updating existing reports to scale with new requirements, and refining and
upgrading the technology so that the solution could expand to meet the evolving needs of the client.
The Result
The solution was rolled out on-time, on-budget and has provided improved reporting flexibility to accom-
modate the new corporate structure. Additionally, the solution could now be effectively scaled to accommo-
