 Led the installation and development of two transient engine test facilities with full emissions capabilities.
 Led the installation and development of a four square heavy duty axle performance test rig.
 Championing and gaining VCA approval of three transient emissions facilities for both on and off road legislated sign-off.
 Overseeing multi engine-OEM development test projects, specific involvement in VCA engine OBD2 legislative sign-off.
 Wide experience of emissions reduction technologies, DPF, SCR, EGR, LNT emissions testing, gaseous and PM.
 Large single cylinder engine and dual fuel P&E project experience.
 Transmission testing experience on PASCAR and HD transmission systems (gearbox, differential, axle), durability & efficiency.

 Ensuring optimum workflow through the department.
