Another alternative they
liked was to see a

Through A/B testing,
users preferred having
their original requested
time in the copy to
remind them what their
original requested time
was.
The copy was revised to
improve clarity of the
waitlist status & time;
and date specifics for
the alternatives. Users
were confused with
previous version.
