I have 12 years professional experience in the tourism industry, in
Catalonia and abroad (England and Germany). I have worked in
tourist information offices, hotel industry, events and incentive travels
organisation, and also at the Catalan Tourist Board, promoting
Catalonia as a tourist destination in Central Europe (Germany,
Austria , Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary).
I am also tourism professor, travel & events organiser and groups
coordinator.

9. This ethical tour has the mission to show you the city
as your friend would do it. Spending a tasty afternoon
discovering the ethical side of the famous
neighborhood Gracia in Barcelona and visiting local
places that tourists usually don’t see.

10. “Nendo-Dango” sustainable workshop
"Masanobu Fukuoka" was a Japanese man who enjoyed sowing and who improved the
productivity of crops. His method was applied successfully to stop desertification. He called it
“Nendo Dango” and, besides being efficient, it's fun.
The activity consists of creating small balls of clay with water, different seeds of native trees
and varied plants, as well as natural fertilizer. By mixing everything, you get a soft dough that
can be manipulated and modeled.
To grow your seed bombs, all you have to do is disperse them wherever you want them to
grow, water them and in a few days the first buds will start to appear.

primates who have been circus and
television artists, advertising models or
even pets... with the aim of helping
them in their recovery after the abuse
suffered and fighting for their welfare in

guide you on a bike tour along the paths of the "Parc Agrari del Baix Llobregat". There,
you will discover and taste local and seasonal products from the garden of an authentic

28. Become a catalan farmer for a day!
We bring you an authentic farm experience, where you will learn how catalan
farmers live. You will be able to discover how a normal day in a farm is, how
local farmers produce milk, cheese, sausages, etc., and how they have been
working for years in their family-running farmhouse and their land, taking care
of their cows, sheep, goats, chickens...

29. This experience is designed for the whole family, where children and adults can
see how a family-running farm works and how their pigs live in the middle of
nature.

pigs; learn about the local farmers' project, taste local products and enjoy hand-

30. Shepherd for a day
Live unique experiences guided by artisan cheeses local producers and sheep or
goats shepherds... Discover where and how they work, their corral, where their
animals graze and the solar panels system from which they get energy... In
addition, you can taste their homemade and local products (cheeses, yogurts,
"mató" (typical catalan cheese)... combined with DO Empordà wine and bread with
tomato).
If you want a more "Feel by Doing" experience, we recommend you to make a wool
or "mató" workshop, make handmade milk soap... Or spend a day with an authentic
shepherd and his/her sheep, walking through the countryside .

This tasting activity includes craft and ecological beers for humans, adapted beers for
dogs (without alcohol) and human and canine gastronomic tasting.

For wine lovers... Can you imagine a better plan than sharing a
glass of wine with your best friend?
This tasting activity includes wine in an ecological winery, wine adapted for dogs and

If you love ice creams and dogs, when summer comes, can
you imagine a better plan than eating an ice cream with them?
Visit an ice cream shop, where they make organic and homemade ice creams,
learn how they do them and taste a selection of the best flavors... and your dog,

34. Kayak activity with your dog
Because dog lovers always look for outdoor plans to enjoy
with them!
For this reason, we have organized another activity to spend a fantastic day
together with our 4-legged best friends, doing a kayak activity in Llosa del
Cavall swamp.

36. Discover the post-war bunkers heritage surrounded by the wine-growing landscapes of
the Empordà.
This guided tour will make you discover the history of the bunkers and their architecture,
designed according to the weapons planned to be used and camouflaged in the
surrounding landscapes. The experience ends with some local wines tasting from the
grapes of the vineyards visited.

37. We will visit some spectacular places of the
GR 7 in the middle of a Natural Park, we
will sleep in a cave and we will make an
offering to the sun at the feet of some
monumental and millenary trees.

Delta area, where you will learn: lithic
sculpture, tracking, rock art, survival
tehcnics, how to make fire,
trapping, territory interpretation and paleo-
diet.

38. Through a museographic montage, we invite you to make an immersion in a medieval
monastery, where voices, sounds and images of the past come out among the millenary
walls turning this visit into a singular experience, where you can live thousand years of
sensations...
A guided tour through the most emblematic spaces of the monastery of Sant Benet del
Bages; the church, the cloister, the cellar and the cells of the gallery of Montserrat, which
will allow us to put ourselves inyo the skin of its inhabitants.

We offer you a guided tour into the nature
with a mushrooms' expert, who will help
you to discover and understand the
properties of all mushrooms, curiosities,
culinary uses, etc. Once the basket is full,
you will cook a tasty recipe or take them
home with you.

49. Grape harvest activities
During the harvest time, many wineries in Catalonia offer a lot of activities...
- Collect the grapes and participate in the production process as it used to be done...

- Must tasting: visit a local winery, its vineyards and the storage area where they ferment. You
will taste different types of musts, know their varieties, tastes and smells and differentiate
which ones are destined to the wine and which ones to the cava.
- Grape tasting between vineyards: walk through the winery to taste the grape varieties
directly from the vineyards where they grow.

50. Visit a strawberries patch in Maresme region
Visit a local strawberry producer, learn about his project and the strawberries production
world in "El Maresme", where it is very popular.
During the visit, you will be able to walk into the patch and collect your own strawberries.

51. Guided by a marine biologist and a local fisherman, we will discover the sea and
gastronomic secrets of the coastal town of "L'Escala", while helping a local conservation
project from Costa Brava.
The experience begins at the fishermen's port with a guided visit to its facilities and
finishes at the beach, tasting fresh sea urchins.

52. The smugglers had to avoid many adverse situations during their march: the bunkers
along the border, the Spanish soldiers, the civil guard and, once in France, the
gendarmes.
We propose you to follow these old paths with snowshoes in order to imagine what were
the strategies followed with the aim of reaching their destination.

53. An original and fun Christmas experience for
kids.
Based on a story that will be explained upon
arrival, the youngests should be able to look
for different parts of the "cagatió" (a catalan
christmas character) in the forest. Once they'll
find the parts, they must build it following
some games. At the end, to remember this
special day, they will receive a personalized
diploma and take the "cagatió" home.

55. We organise “ calçotades” (typical catalan green
onions’ barbecue) where our participants can
also practice a language.
