The story of the SII starts with the harmony of
combination of highly skilled professionals mingled
with the experience all nooks of the Textiles.
It is the further efforts and aggressive leadership
having dynamic visions of the owners without
whose dedicated persuasion, SII would not have
reached on its present stand now.
Within the 07 (seven) years only since the Inception
of SII in the year 2004, SII could now play the
major role in the textiles world of Bangladesh for
the market of USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand,
and Europe. SII is now in further persuasion for the
market of Japan and Russia.
The company, apart from the Ready Made Garments
(RMG) , made its further strive putting its footage
into the other business arena of Textiles such as
Terry Towels, Bed Sheet, Bar Mops, Curtain
whilst RMG remains the core business of the

Our mode
of Business
We normally perform our business based on 100% Irrevocable letter
of credit at sight. We also work on Telegraphic Transfer (TT). In
terms of TT, our preference is at least 50% in advance alongwith the
placement of Export Order which the balance amount is payable as per
final Invoice Value prior to shipment. For our long trusted customers,
we also offer shipment on Contract basis which the payment is
payable upon submission of Final Invoice prior to proceed to handover
the shipment to the buyers nominated Forwarder. Besides, apart from
FOB Terms, we also make shipment based on CIF and CPT basis with
payment at sight. Sometimes, we also work on Deferred Payment for
maximum 30 days after shipment on request of our long trusted
customers worldwide provided mutual understanding between Supplier
& Buyer.
45. For Local Materials # 60 to 90 Days after receiving L/C in
hand.
For Imported
Materials # 90 to 120 Days after receiving L/C in
hand.
