Domestic enterprises of gas production, oil production, and chemical
industry should be equipped with modern domestic measuring tools of gas
flow.
The problem to measure natural gas flow in trunk pipelines mainly
includes import substitution.
A lot of devices measuring oil-associated gas flow is required today due
to decision about elimination of gas torches.
Domestic chemical industry is about to large-scale automation of
technological processes. Therefore devices for operative gas and liquid
flow measurement are required.

BENEFITS
1. Owing to patented extraction technique of signal passed through gas,
an opportunity is implemented to fulfill measurement under low
pressure down to zero gauge pressure. It discovers a new market
segment for these devices directed to consumers of low pressure gas.
2. Owing to know-how implemented in correlative technique, it will
possible to measure oil-associated gas flow when liquid oil fractions
“slip” in pipe.
3. Owing to patented device of ultrasonic transducer (one patent) power
of outgoing pulse is 700 to 900 times higher. It allows to produce
multi-channel systems with low cost of one measuring channel.

BUSINESS MODEL
1. The first contract on 15 devices for trunk applications is concluded.
Price of one device is 10 000 €. Costs of manufacture is approx.5 000 €.
2. License agreement with the “Katronic” company is concluded to
manufacture and sell the devices for trunk pipelines abroad.
3. Outsourcing manufacturing of the devices and subsequent selling
them to low pressure gas consumers are supposed (thermal power
stations, glass-works, asphalt-mixing plants, gas distributive stations,
and so on).
4. For these purposes, marketing research should be done to find
interested consumers. Agreement is concluded with one chemical
enterprise to deliver a trial multi-channel system.

1. Trunk version. Research is finished. Designing is close to end. It is
tested on operating pipelines. Certifying will be required.
2. Correlative version for oil-associated gas. Research is close to end. A
prototype for full-scale test is manufactured. There is agreement about
testing.
3. High-performance ultrasonic transducer. Research is close to end. A
prototype for full-scale test is manufactured. There is agreement about
testing.
Two previous versions require to do designing as well as all kinds of
certifying tests.
