Create drawings for repaired and new above ground storage tanks per API 650 and 653.
Drawing packages include orientation; roof; shell; bottom; deck; floating roof; shell,

Create customer, A3R, and production drawings for new release circulator and lubricator
skids, u-stamp pressure vessel reservoirs, and gas panels. Complete any ECN jobs,
revisions, and customer proposals. Create new CAD blocks and Inventor library parts as
needed. Review, check, and sign off on all drawings prior to final submittal. Participate
in creation of Standard drawings for different API piping plans, Welding Standards
drawing, P&ID Standards drawing, and Drafting Standards manual. Communicate with
Vendors for new parts, material discrepancies, and needed spec drawings. Work with 3D
Inventor, 2D and 3D AutoCAD 2012, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vault, Outlook, Link,
PRMS, and EIS computer programs. Help in shop with hydro, assemble, inspect, and

Inspect, straighten, and stamp all incoming gas meters, all piping, and completed units.
Perform mag particle testing on all pipe. Review all X-Rays performed on pipe and make
sure corrections have been made. Record all measurements from pipe and meters.
Complete non-conformance reports on pipe or meters and Mic sheets for completed
sheets. Inspect finished painted skids, apply mic sheets, complete shipping documents,
take pictures of loaded units, and document any issues. Use of computer software,
internet, micrometer, bore gauge, mag particle, caliper, go-no go gauge, Cumberland
(stark or garrison) gauge, vacuum tester, grinder, air tools, welder, fork lift, overhead
crane, blaster, cutting torch, walkie talkie, and paint.
