Guide to data and document collection

1. Drivers License
● We accept Australian or International Drivers licenses, as long as they have not expired
● Australian P plates are accepted
● Some international licenses are required to be submitted with a translation, please
submit both copies.
● We accept screenshots of Digital License
Vehicle Registration Document
● This is NOT the car rego number plate
● Make sure the renewal date hasn’t expired (especially within 2 weeks of application)
● You can make an enquiry via your state governments website, which then you can
download or take a screenshot – just make sure it’s clear to read and has the expiry date
● We will accept a screenshot from the ServiceNSW app
● The Vehicle doesn’t have to be registered in your name, however, you must be a named
driver on the insurance policy.

2. Vehicle Insurance Policy
● The insurance MUST match the vehicle details submitted in the previous section
● If you are not the policyholder, you MUST appear as a named driver
● The policy must be in date with a future expiration – (longer than 2 weeks from
application)
● The Compulsory Green Slip is not a sufficient level of cover for this position.
● We accept Third Party, Fire & Theft or Fully Comprehensive
● It is up to you to source your own insurance
● You must submit the insurance Cover Policy which outlines your full cover, including its
expiry
Police Check
● Must have been completed within the last 2 years
● This is not a ‘Right to Work/VEVO’ Check
● Both your current address and the address on the Police Check must match

3. RSA
● RSA Certificates must include a course code and done post 2013 (QLD,ACT,WA,SA

● In New South Wales, we will only accept RSAT issued by Liquor and Gaming NSW
