3. Step 1 : Initial Analysis & Discussion

Meet us with a copy of your passport to explain your goal and reason for obtaining
a European Residence Permit. We would like to know of your past and future travel
frequency within EU region and gather necessary personal background information.

4. Step 2 : Submission of Initial Documents
Required Documents
1. Copy of Current Passport

Committal Fee
Pay a committal fee of INR 5 lacs (Payable in two installments)
 First, to initiate process
 Second, after shareholding incorporation in the European company

5. Step 3 : Funding & Processing Time
Shareholder Incorporation & Funding
 Sign Power of Attorney & other requisite agreements to be incorporated as a
shareholder in a European based transport/logistics company
 Post addition as a shareholder, transfer INR 30 lacs to the European company’s
bank a/c from your Indian bank a/c
 Six months post the transfer start receiving a return of 9% (Rs. 22,500 per
month) for a minimum of 5 years or obtaining a Permanent European residence
permit whichever falls earlier
 At this stage we file for your Temporary Residence Permit with a processing time
of 2 to 3 months. Additional Documents required to obtain TRP are as
undermentioned
 PCC (Police Clearance Certificate)
 Personal Bank statement with a minimum balance of € 5000 (your own
money) held in Europe (we will assist in your bank a/c formalities)

6. Step 4 : TRP Approval & Renewal
 On approval of the TRP you will come to Lithuania, Europe to receive your
residency card from the Migration Department in person
 The first TRP shall be valid for one year and will be subsequently renewed for 2
years each
 This permit entitles you to travel or reside anywhere freely in the Schengen zone.

7. Step 5 : TRP Renewals & PR

stay for at least 8-9 months a year in the European region
Becoming a Permanent Resident
 Under the current law you become eligible to become a Permanent Resident after 5
years of being under a Temporary Residence Permit & fulfilling criteria for stay
requirements
 We will handhold you through the process of becoming a Permanent Resident. If you
choose not to obtain a Permanent Residency or have any alternate plans in either
case it will be required to transfer your part of company shareholding back
 All ROI’s will cease from this time onwards
