Heart Song
Please note there will be no service in January. Heart
Song will resume again in February.
Keep Chanting!
Nothing is more conducive to communion with the Living God
than a meditative common prayer with singing that never ends,
but continues in the silence of one's heart, when one is alone
again——Brother Roger of Taize
Office Closed for January
I have had to return to Melbourne because of a family
emergency as of Wednesday the 23rd. I already had
leave booked to go to Melbourne for a wedding at the
end of January. I have decided to stay in Victoria for the
intermediate time. As a result, the office will be closed
for the month of January. I will do the
newsletter/email/bookings remotely, and the phone
messages will be checked several times per week by
some volunteers here. Thanks for all the kind words and
support I have received in the past couple of days. I'm
sorry that I will not be here to celebrate Christmas with
you all, as I had been very much looking forward to.
God Bless,
Lewis

Request for Jam Jars
Our supply of jam jars is running low, so if you have a
bunch of spares lying around, you can bring them to
the hall after church on Sunday. We store them at the
back of the hall in the cupboard by the front entrance
(if you'll excuse the mixed geography)
Covid Update
The Midnight Mass may be more popular than our
regular services as the Easter-and-Christmas crowd
come down. This might put us close to the Covid limit in
the church of 86 people. We are looking at
contingencies like projecting the service into the chapel
so as to ensure that nobody is turned away. To help us
with planning, please register your attendance at
Christmas mass at https://www.trybooking.com/BNSNT
There will also be a sheet in the church: Please only sign
up via trybooking OR the sheet. You can also email or
call the office to RSVP

Containers For Change
St Paul's is now hosting a bin provided by the City of
Fremantle as part of the Containers for Change
program. Put your glass bottles, aluminium cans,
water/soft drink bottles, flavoured milk, juice
cartons/pouches in the bin and the council will collect
it and give St Paul's the 10c refund on each container. It
does not take wine/spirit bottles, regular milk bottles, or
soy milk cartons. Beer bottles are fine though!
Look out for a bin with a white lid.
