historical sales data, inventory data and associated transit data in order to identify areas of improvement.
• PHASE III: Proposed improvements by establishing a material planning system of Joint Economic Lot Sizing
Problem (JELP) complemented by the Re-Order Point (ROP) replenishment system and introducing safety stocks.
