1.0 What were the similarities between the project you participated in and the Hoover Dam project?
Adequate resource & manpower planning, project scheduling, execution & monitoring were done
at different stages of project. Prototyping, rescheduling, replanning was involved in both the
project at every milestone setpoint.
2.0 What are the Things that went right and Things that went wrong in the project?

performing and watching these projects?
-A Project manager role starts from successfulinitiation of project planning, prototyping,
executing, monitoring, controlling, scheduling,setting target & achieving them. He should also
replan & reschedule the project accordingly.
4.0 Why was the quality of the drawing on the shape not ‘so good’?
-The drawing part was mentioned at the end of the contract clause, although after knowing that we
should have replanned and scheduled it accordingly, but we failed. No time and importance was
given to the drawing part as to whether it should be done before or after the finished prototype as
for the feasibility.

-The above statement totally justifies project manager from any background.
The main duty of the project manager is to utilize his resources at different stage of project i.e
planning, prototyping,execution, and commissioning and to find the critical in those phases and
monitor these phases and schedule and replan them accordingly.
