2. Objectives – Finding Truths in Life
I have the ability to find hidden truths – (my mother always told me I have a fantastic eye for detail) and I
love the deep research required to bring this about. During my school years I enjoyed working on the school
paper, writing articles that required researching where no one else would think to look. I originally had the
intention of completing a degree in journalism, but it felt like criminology chose me, and I excelled at this
subject receiving distinctions each year of attendance, and was awarded “The Golden Key Award”.
As ‘Conspiracy Theories’ have always intrigued me, and, the body language of people who hide behind a
shield of innocence – I see now why I achieved so well in this subject, I truly feel that I understand that the
truth is always hidden behind many layers of illusions in life. I like to lift the veil of these illusions and reveal
truths, and this is where I would like to start my career – assisting in bringing about truths in life. I have
found that reallife has more drama and mystery than fiction.
With a combination of interests including deep research, journalism, archaeology and criminology I feel I
have a lot to contribute to the team and will be an asset to any company wishing to invest in me.
I am extremely loyal, and once committed to someone or a company I will stick it out with them through the
good and bad times. I believe in honesty, and the freedom to express that which is right for each person, and
have had the experience of being called back each year to work at the Japanese Embassy as they ‘trusted
me’, not only to be there when they needed me, but to work with foreign and South African diplomats
without showing any partial preference for their country or party’s beliefs.
