 He is also acting as the pro bono

Ending Statelessness in Asia Pacific
region, visiting faculty for International
Law at Foreign Service Institute under

Dr. Miglani is a Ph. D from Rohtak
University and specialises in Corporate
Law. He has extensive litigation
experience.
Mr. Abraham is an LL.M gold medalist
from NLSIU, Bangalore and currently
pursuing Ph. D from the same. His areas
of Specialization are International
Criminal Law, Human Rights and Public
International Law.

32. Dr. Santosh Kumar Uphadhay is a Ph. D from
JNU and specializes in public international law.
He has various paper presentations to his credit.
Dr. Komal is a Ph. D in corporate laws from
MDU, rohtak and has published extensively in
the area apart from paper presentations.
Dr. Amit Kumar is a Ph. D in history and
teaches the same in law school. His areas of
interest span contemporary politics and modern
historical developments.

33. Mrs. Shruti Nath is a Ph. D in English from
BHU, the subject she teaches in law school. She
has numerous publications to her credit and is
keen on building public speaking skills of
students.
Ms. Anjali Sherawat is pursuing Ph. D from JNU
in Political Science. A specialist in International
Politics, she has paper presentations to her
credit and teaches public administration in law
school in addition to political science.
Ms. Astha Mehta completed her graduation from
NALSAR Hyderabad and LL.M from Amity
University. She was rich Corporate experience
and numerous paper presentations to her credit.

34. Ms. Aditi Prasad is an LL.M from Queen Mary’s
College, London. A Specialist in Private
International Law, her areas of interest are the
law of arbitration and commercial dispute
resolution.
Mr. Sharjil Khan is an LL.M from NLU Delhi and
