Scody produce garments that enhance performance.
Each individual element of every garment is designed, engineered and constructed specifically
to achieve the right balance between comfort and function.

Through out my time at scody, I have undertaken a Lean Manufacturing course,
which has enabled me to locate specific areas and understand the importance of 5s
(sort, straighten, shine, standardize & sustain) to help develop and maintain cutting
edge processes. This has seen a massive reduction in waste time and the implementation
of KAIZEN systems, ultimately decreasing the amount of errors produced within the art
and print team.
My role at scody has varied from running the print facilities to my main role of graphic design,
producing retail ranges, and custom apparel for your every day person through to elite
athletes showcased all over the world.
I also took on the responsibility of overseeing all MTO’s (made to order garments),
this involved checking against the customer records, ensuring all forms had the correct
garments, sizes and quantities, and correcting if any errors were found, through to
processing them in a timely matter through to the production team.
In addition I have also recently taken on the extra role of lasing with Scody's top sponsored
athletes, (approximately 16) addressing their needs, from world class designs,
that will showcase them on the world stage, to developing better quality products that help
them perform at their peak. This also involved getting gear to them in a timely manner
no matter where in the world they were competing, gaining feedback on the testing of
new products, and collating issues and recommendations, all while establishing and
upholding a genuine working relationship.
