report to higher management. In short, it is Eco System where we provide the huge landscape to
the management where we cover all the aspects to make the operation smooth. By using this
report, management gets idea about how the tracks are performing, where are the gaps.
MyDashboard is purely a data analytics tools where we show the trending/gaps about the tracks

BirdRes-SBT (Self Booking Tool) is a browser based self-booking tool to make the travel
reservation that is complaint with a corporation’s travel policy. Business travelers within a
corporation use “BirdRes-SBT” in association with a travel agency which processed the booking
and issues the ticket of various services such as Flight, Hotel and Rail booking.
The BIRDRES-SBT web site will allow the Corporate to register them for corporate booking and
retrieve the daily or monthly basic report about company expenses.

CDOS (Customer Delivery Order System) application provides solution for Air Cargo agents like
Traxon India and Cathay Pacific Airline. Air cargo agents use this application to handle their Day-
To-Day cargo activities.
Cargo Airlines have connections with travel agents who are responsible to deliver cargo to
related consignee or receiver. This application here plays a role of parsing airline cargo files by
using WCF service to read mails from Microsoft Outlook and makes entries into the relevant
tables and shows the data to travel agents and based on that travel agents go through the cargo
information’s and generate delivery order and Cargo Arrival Notification (CAN) to their
consignees/receivers.
