PHRASES ARE CONSTRUCTED DIFFERENTLY THAN
AFFIRMATIVE: A SUBJECT IS NOT USED BECAUSE THE
SUBJECT IS ALWAYS ASSUMED TO BE "YOU" AND
THE MAIN VERB IS IN THE INFINITIVE FORM.

TO NOTE THAT THE SUBJECT IS NOT PRESENT
