Our mission is to provide

Sophanic is a consulting firm that specializes
in user experience solutions for digital tools in
order to provide organizations and their
personnel an easier time to operate efficiently.
First, we must ask, what is a digital tool?
A digital tool is device used to carry out a particular function
on the web or through software. At Sophanic, web sites and
enterprise applications would constitute as the digital tools.
Unfortunately, not all digital tools can be learned at a
proficient level quick enough to keep up this this face-paced
work environment along with the information overload that
inhabits our lives.
It’s no secret there should be more of a focus on how we
can better adapt to this more digital world with the tools
we have in order to improve our lives. This improvement in
digital tools must first tackle the user experience that comes
from using it. At Sophanic, we dedicating our efforts to come
up with solutions on how to make digital tools- particularly
web sites and enterprise applications easier for people to
use.

4. Methodology
We execute an easy to understand but highly effective
methodology with 3 phases to meet the client’s vision.
DESIGN
The design phase starts with an initial discussion of
the client’s vision. A project plan is created which
entails project milestones, roadmap, timeline, risks,
and controls. The vision of the client is designed via
documentation created from visioning and
requirements gathering sessions.
DEVELOPMENT
During the development phase, the designed
created from previous phase serves as the
foundation for the digital solution to the client’s
vision. Once the solution is architected and tested, it
is submitted and demonstrated to the client for
feedback. It is during this stage, that the client
begins to see their solution come to fruition.
IMPLEMENTATION
Implementation in the final phase combines all the
work designed and developed into a fully
functional solution per the client’s needs. During this
phase, final updates are added to further enhance
the solution as well as testing before it’s submitted
to the client for final review. Once the solution is
approved, maintenance and updates will commence
depending on the client’s needs.

5. When building a solution, one should begin by finding out what
the client needs and wants. The decisions taken into account come
from the vision of the client and the best possible criteria, and the
principles used to analyze and evaluate the problem in order to align
with the vision. The vision serves as a vista to a soon-to-be reality
and the components of the design stage serve as foundation for it.
Design
Conduct visioning sessions with client to
understand their vision
Document a project plan entailing schedule
roadmap, risks, controls, and milestones
Evaluate user experience of existing
application or website (if it exist)
Start the requirements gathering and
analysis

6. Architect and develop solution from
designs
Test the solution
Document any features that may be more
suitable to the solution that were not
discovered earlier
Evalute any risk and action items that
should be addressed
The development phase, also known as the action phase, is
implemeted after the design phase. In a nutshell, this process is where
the solution becomes digital. During this step, risks should be taken
into consideration for each procedure and the plan prepared
during the whole process should be followed accordingly.

Repeat the development steps (if
necessary) and review with the client
before the next phase begins

7. At Sophanic, we are always focused on how our present actions will
affect future processes. The vision and long term objectives are tak-
en in account to ensure a project is successfully implemented. This
final phase, is not only about solidifying the vision but also main-
taining and updating it if need be.

Duties: Website design and development
eKo System Inc. is a full service Marketing consulting/
Public Relations organization based in NYC.
Ongoza Youth
Duties: Salesforce administration/app integration
Ongoza Youth provides Kenyan community leaders with
the necessary skills to become successful entrepreneurs
and encourage social action amongst the youth. The
organization is based in Nairobi, Kenya.
KASA Shoes
Duties: Website design update and maintenance
KASA Shoes is a shoe company, based in NYC,
Minneapolis, and Accra, Ghana. They are known for their
signature stain glass print pattern and traditional
Ghanaian Millefiori Bead details.
Chef Come Cook
Duties: Website design and mobile app design
Chef Come Cook is an app that provides customers with
on demand private chefs to prepare their favorite meals.
The company is based in Hartford, CT and has operations
in various locations in India.
