M/S. Ferrous Technologies is a partnership firm started in 2013 and is
registered as a small scale Industrial unit. The unit is engaged in the
fabrication of Stainless steel kitchen equipments, Railings and also Design
& manufacturer of Moulds, press tool, SPM, Jigs & Fixtures.

2. KEY PROJECT HANDALED
 Developed injection and rubber mould for GTTC, Mangalore.
 Design and developed fixture and press tool for Auto pac, Mangalore.
 Design and developed press tool for Pac Mac pvt ltd.
 Design and developed press tool for Starflex lamination pvt ltd.
 Design and developed SPM machine for Sam boy food industries.
2. SUPRAJIT ENGINEERING LTD (Oct 2011-April2013)

COMPANY PROFILE:
Incorporated as a Private Limited Company in 1985, Suprajit Engineering Limited
started manufacturing high quality liner cables and speedometer to exacting
Japanese standards for the automotive industry in 1987. Currently catering to a
wide spectrum of automotive and non-automotive cable requirements, Suprajit
Engineering has achieved phenomenal growth and has cemented itself as India's
largest manufacturer of automotive cables with a capacity of over 150 million
cables a year with a turn over of 100 million USD.
KEY PROJECT HANDALED
 Design and developed SPEEDO METER for TVS MOTORS,MAHINDRA
MOTORS and ROYAL ENFIELD.
 Design and developed THROTTLE VALVE for JOHNDEERE, USA
 Design and developed PARKING BRAKE for JOHNDEERE, USA
 Developed mould and press tool and die casting tool for SPEEDO METER,
THROTTLE VALE, FUEL COCK, OIL PUMP and PARKING BRAKE.
 Developed link rods for TATA MANZA, for INTEVA PRODUCTS
 Design and developed OIL PUMP, for TVS MOTORS.
 Design and developed FUEL COCK, for TVS MOTORS.
 Design and developed press tool, checking gauges and SPM machine for
INTEVA PRODUCTS.
 Design and developed checking gauges and assembly fixture for assembly
of throttle valve, speedometer, fuel cock and parking brake.
 Made of design manual for gear ratio and spring.
 Design and developed endurance testing machine for throttle valve.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES IN TOOLROOM:
 Study of component drawings given by customers.
 Selection of toolmaterials and machine specifications to manufacture the tool.
 Manufacture planning and scheduling for machining.
 Quality inspection of machined parts.
 Inspecting and sending the rough machined parts to Heat treatment.
 Interference and clearance checking between parts in assembly.
 Sub-assemblies and final assembly of the tools, and tryouts.
 Working on all types of conventional machines such as lathe, milling, drilling
and grinding.
 Follow up of machining of tool parts.
 Ensuring that the measuring equipment is in proper operating condition
 Maintenance and reconditioning of press tools such as piercing, blanking,
trimming, bending, forming, drawing dies, etc., by using grinders, sanders
and by applying oil stone.
 Looking at customer feedback and reworking on dies and moulds if necessary.
 Schedule & Follow up for manufacturing new spare dies according to priority
with suppliers.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
 Product Design & Detailing of Automobile, Electronics and Consumers parts.
 Design of injection molds and press tools.

 Design & Detailing of complex part through reverse engineering.

documents, for TS-16949-2002 compliance.
 Implement Poke Yoke system in the design to make the design fool proof.
 Having experience in injection mould manufacturing around 30 moulds with
able to work on all types of conventional machine and CNC milling and wire
EDM and spark Erosion.
 Knowledge of control plan, process flow diagram, PFMA, DFMA APQP,SOP and
PSW.
