Love The World
1. THIS IS BASED ON MY OWN LIFE STORY, AND WITH JOY IN MY HEART, I AM
WRITING THIS TO EDUCATE YOU ABOUT LOVING THIS WORLD MUCH MORE
BETTER THAN YOU ARE USED TO, AND THE PEOPLE IN IT.
After having a really loved-filled weekend as I had resigned from my works at Panama Petrochem
Ltd., Panama, for I have worked furiously all my life with several companies like Sino Oil And Gas
Holdings Ltd. 00702.HK, Partex Oil and Gas, Government Affiliated Private Contracts, est., here are some
thoughts I wrote down in my Moleskine on Courageous Living. The trickiest places, I think, are in those
tangled and triggered human relationships. In every moment, we have this opportunity when we interact
with other people sharing this world with us to act with integrity, to face our choices about the
experience we will have with someone else.
From my tender age till growing through the university days at The University of Hong Kong
where I had studied my field engineering, till date at which I have achieved lots in addition with three
Masters degrees in Politics and International Relations, Civil Engineering, and Electrical Engineering from
several universities namely, University of North Dakota, Norwich University, and University of Cambridge,
I have found that whatever we see in the world, no matter how we picture it, it always reflects who we
are.
2. Through this all, I will sincerely advice you cultivate a willingness to compassionately drop down
into the zero center of someone else’s imperfection, and you’ll see their pain, and peace of your own.
We are not so very different. We are far more alike than we often believed. With courageous hearts, we
can change the world and I am a part of this change, by changing the world to a better place. So here
goes:
In the aspect of complaints, look that person in the eye and imagine what it might have been like to
be raised to see only what is wrong.
In the aspect of selfishness, wonder what it might be like to walk the world with a feeling of lack, of
depletion.
In the aspect of insults, consider where this person first learned that it’s okay to abuse others.
In the aspect of disconnection, think about what causes it, and ask if your response will widen the river
between the two of you.
In the aspect of laziness, recognize the fear of living big dreams.
In the aspect of extremism or fundamentalism, see the clinging, as well as the terror-filled silence that
would arise for that person if they risked letting go.
In the aspect of controlling behavior, understand the chaos that must have bred it.
In the aspect of “always needing to be right,” see how often this person was once made wrong.
In the aspect of arrogance or bravado, hold gently that still, small piece that says “I’m not enough.”
In the aspect of drama or attention-seeking, see the person who wishes so much to be seen.
In the aspect of accusation, imagine what it might be like to live life with suspicion.
3. In the aspect of judgment or comparisons, step into the opportunity the world has just provided you
for practicing love and acceptance.
In the aspect of passive-aggressiveness, recognize the child that wasn’t taught a safe way to express
their truth.
In the aspect of anger, see the pain of isolation from others.
Most importantly: In the aspect of ferocious hatred, believe in the possibility that there exists the
potential for equally as big, intense, lovely and fiery ferocious love.
So in any aspect you are to come across in this world/life of ours, learn to understand the reasons for
this things and let love lead your decision and then, and only then will the world be a better place for us
all to live in. I know it’s difficult, but it always begins with a step.
I love you all and I will always share this love.
God bless you all
