the first thing he always do is taking shower, then stay and play in the living room with his
children. When he gets home from work, he most often takes nap in their bed room
because of his work load. Sofia is a housewife, she mostly spends her time in the kitchen
and taking care of the house. Now they are looking for a good interior designer and
surprise the graduatingMustefa verysoon. And we insist you as a designer.
Mohammed has a privatebusiness and he works full time and
so stressful.
STRESS REDUCING COLORS TO CALM YOU
You might not even notice it, but your body and your mind both have reactions to seeing colors.
Brighter colors usually stimulate your brain and energize you, potentially even making you feel a
little anxious. When painting rooms in yourhome, you want to think about how you want tofeel
when you’re in the room. If relaxation is your goal, there are certaincolors to consider
Science says that looking at colors can relax you. That's right, colors have an enormous impact
on us, psychologically, emotionally and even physically. For instance, red shades tend to trigger
your stress response, making you more anxious, while lighter shades calm you down.
If you are feeling overly stressed, you can use coloras a stress management tool. With that in
mind, we have compiled a list of the most relaxing colors you should choose for a stress-free
life.
1) BLUE
This color stands true to its
appearance. Peaceful, calm and
gentle, blue has tremendous power to
manage stress. It's a very soothing
color that helps calm your mind, slow
down your heart rate, lower your
blood pressure and reduce anxiety.
Blue is believed to have a cooling and
astringent effect. When choosing the
right shade of blue, it's best advised to
go for a soft and neutral shade (eg
bedroom wall) for a calming effect.
1. Paint Color:Blue
Blue is a very soothing color that helps calm your mind and reduces tension.
It's oftenusedin bedrooms because of its ability tohelppeople sleep. When
choosing the right blue you want tomake sure that it's soft, neutral, and
restful.
2) GREEN
Green is a restful and quiet color. Because it symbolizes
nature,
green is one of the most beautiful and comforting
colors that attracts harmonious feelings that can diffuse
anxiety and helps us stay calm and refreshed.
Beige greens and pale yellow-greens are the most
stress-reducing shades in the green family.
Paint Color: Green
Because it symbolizes nature, green is very visually soothingand therefore allows us to stay
calm and refreshed. We often find ourselves most relaxed when sitting in a park or on our
front porch because we're surrounded by nature's most beautiful colors. Why not bring those
colors inside and keep that same serenity in our homes?
3) PINK
Pink is another color that promotes tranquility and
peace. Believes pink soothes various energies in a
room and keep them understated. Its peacefulness
promotes balance of your energies. Although pink is
considered a feminine color, commonly seen in a baby
girl’s nursery room, the right shade of pink can look
beautiful in just about any room.
Paint Color: Pink
Pink is another color that helps calm and bring peace intoa room. In fact, believers use pink to
soothe the energy in a room and keep it understated. Althoughpink is considered a feminine color
that's best in a baby girl's nursery, the right tones of pink can look beautiful in just about any room.
4) WHITE
White symbolizes clarity and freshness. It is the right
color to be surrounded with in times of stress, to get
clarity of your thoughts. A white painted room is
considered to be the most ideal for a pregnant
woman. But remember that white needs to be a
clean, bright white but not too starkbecause if it
looks dirty and dull, your emotions can mirror the
same dullness.
5) VIOLET
Violet signifies strength, peace and wisdom. It has the
capacity to bring balance and make you feel inner
peace. Many consider decorating their space with violet
to create a peaceful environment. Also violet is said to
be good for bone growth, maintaining the potassium
and sodium balance of the body. Studies even suggest
that the power of meditationcan be ten times greater
under violet light. So now you know the secret to
powerful meditation. In case you don't want toopt for
all-violet look, try placing a violet flower in a visual
place in the living room or use a violet-colored
decoration item.
Paint Color: Violet
The color violet stems from blue and when done right, it can bring inner balance and peace to
your soul. Keep in mind that you never want to choose a hue that's goingto seem too drab(i.e.
has too much black in it) because it will create a cold environment
6) GREY
. Paint Color: Grey
Most people think of grey as dull, boring, and maybe
a little depressing. But the truth is grey can provide a
very soothing and cooling presence. It's also a very
neutral color, so it will work well with all of your
furnishings and art work that you currently own. The
best part about grey paint is that it can be used in a
variety of rooms; the kitchen, the living room, the
den, the office, a bedroom, etc.
Many of us think of grey as a dull, boring and a bit depressing color. But the truth is grey has a very
soothing and cooling presence. Grey, when paired with blue or white elements, can create a
relaxing atmosphere.
7) YELLOW
There's something very positive about this color
that makes you feel lively and energetic the
moment you lay your eyes on it. So if you want to
jump start your day on an energetic note, keep a
significant 'yellow thing'in a prominent place at
home. Or even better paint your kitchen yellow
(in full or parts) because a recent research found
out that people in the yellow room appeared be
more active and conscious then people in other
room.

time and so stressful.
1..design me ….a living room
 Stress can sneak up on you. It doesn’t take much to leave us feeling anxious
and stressed—it could be as simple as feeling busy at work, or just feeling like
you don’t have enough time in the day to get everything done. The good news
is that you can help to keep your stress levels low simply by using the right
paint colors in your home.
 Green is a restful and quiet color. Because it symbolizes
nature, green is one of the most beautiful and comforting
colors that attracts harmonious feelings that can diffuse
anxiety and helps us stay calm and refreshed. Beige
greens and pale yellow-greens are the most stress-
reducing shades in the green family.

kind of person or someone who loves a pop of
anything vibrant, we rounded up over 30

blues and reds, or ground a large space with a

color preference—or if you're totally stumped
for inspiration—we've got fresh kitchen paint
color ideas, designer examples, and shopping
tips to guide you. More of a white paint person?
Head here for our favorite shades.
3.design me ….a bath room
 Even if you don’t have large windows scaling
your bathroom wall, you can introduce your
fondness for nature in other ways. Stone or
wood will emit the natural look, while mint
green and white colors will ensure a refreshing
feel. Clean lines will help reiterate the modern
theme you’re going for—these square sinks
work well in a rectangular shaped room and
panel windows.
For bath room
 Give your bathroom—andeverymorning—a
big, bright energy boost. This cerulean blue is
a refreshing color that can be balanced out
with neutral features, such as the white and
gray shades in the cabinetry, rug and sink.
These crisp blend of colors help create a
dynamic bathroom with a soft, rejuvenating
side
Even if you're not planning a remodel
anytime soon, you will be after seeing these
seriously colorful bathrooms. Whetheryou
want to go all-over bold, add a subtle accent,
or incorporate pattern, we've got ideas to get
you inspired. No boring bathrooms allowed
4.design me ….a bad room
 Browns, Blues & Whites
 This fresh, crisp space featured on the Dreams and Jeans
Interior Envy blog is the ideal place to wake up every
morning. The dark wood floors paired with an abundance
of clean whites are bold, yet soothing. The touch of blue
on the duvet is a pretty way to adda pop of color that
still works well with the surroundingenvironment.
 Cool Creams
Doesn’t this room from The Design Chaser just scream
relaxation? This soft, clean palette is the perfect combination
of tranquility and luxury. Using fresh, white linens and a
neutral palette similar to this gives your bedroom a hotel-type
feel, making it easy to fall into the covers and imagine yourself
somewhere far, far away
For a relaxing atmosphere in yourbedroom, look to cooler hues
— shades of gray, blue, green and purple — to lend a hand
1. Dark gray-blue.Of course, soothingneedn’tequal boring. One of my favorite
colors for bedroomwalls isa dark gray-blue.It’s dramatic but still retains a calm, cool and
collectedvibe.Ifyou have concerns about introducingsuch a deepcolorto your room, think
about how you can breakit up with a large piece ofartwork or decorative headboard.
helpbounce light around a room that has dark gray-blue walls, injectplentyof white elements
and perhapsgo for a classic bright white ceiling. One of the bestways to warm up a cool color
palette is to include warm-huedmaterialssuch as woodplus natural fiberslike sisal, sea grass
and jute.
Top 5 ColorsFor A Seriously Soothing Bedroom
The bedroom is your relaxation station. It’s your sanctuary for serenity and shouldpromote
soothing vibes. One of these best ways to achieve this cozy, calm ambiance in yourbedroom is
through the use of color. Not just any color, though. You’ll want to choose cool hues. These
shades are known to reduce stress and anxiety, promote relaxation, and evenmake your space
seem more expansive.
To help you out, here are the top colors for a seriously soothing bedroom space. Say so long to
stress and hello to the ultimate bedroom oasis.
1. Lavender  Lavender is the perfect shade of purple, as it still holds its regal
presence, but doesn’t overwhelm the room.
 Purple is said to be a stress-reducing shade, and while deeper
purples can often be intense on your walls, a muted lavender
keeps things calm and cool.
2. Soft Green
 Green is a great hue for your bedroom, as it has both
warm and cool elements to it. Plus, there are a ton
of shades to choose from.
 The best are the barely-there whispers of green in an
otherwise neutral room. AS the colorof the natural
world, green walls will bring you feelings of serenity
and contentment
3.Pale Blue
 According to most studies and surveys, shades of blue
are best for promoting soothing feelings. It’s said to
slow the heart rate and even reduce blood pressure,
 which is perfect for a place meant for relaxation. Look
for a pale blue that reflects the color of the sky on a
crisp, clear day. Just be sure to avoid pastel babyblue
hues to keep your bedroom from resembling a nursery.
4.Soft Grey
Just a touch of grey on yourbedroom walls can
bring about a very calming presence. Keep it soft
and subtle to keep it from being too dramaticor
depressing. The best part? As a neutral shade, it
works well with all of your furnishings you
currently own.

STRESS REDUCING COLORS TO CALM YOU You might not even notice it, but your body and your mind both have reactions to seeing colors. Brighter colors usually stimulate your brain and energize you, potentially even making you feel a little anxious. When painting rooms in yourhome, you want to think about how you want tofeel when you’re in the room. If relaxation is your goal, there are certaincolors to consider Science says that looking at colors can relax you.
