My Biography
• I am Sir Aminukano Dasukih Bassobah Amoe-Amao-Amai , the son of Late Alhaji Adeyemi Ramon
Amao, The Principal Head Coordinator of Nigeria Chambers of Commerce ,Trade and Turism, Minna,
Niger State, Sokoto , Abuja and Ilorin Kwara Sate.
• Base on my line of study in Nigeria,Cambridge,London and my current Property and Real-estate
Company experience I will like to share my ideas with other Nigerians and Nigerian Government, to
enhance rapid and Modern Development of our Country Nigeria.
• Above all, with my broad training of Leadership and Strategic Studies, including Decision Making
tactics at the Strategic and Operational Level ,enhance by Intensive Map Reading ,which I gain at
the College and University in United Kingdom ,Including my past Military experience in Prince of
Wales Regiment (British ,Yorkshire and Irish Regiment), I believe we can all come together and
tackle Nigeria Problem, and find solution to our day to day problem.

Nigerian Government We can use my suggested strategy in this proposal to Counter and Crack Down
Crime and Terrorism In Nigeria and Surrounding Countries in Africa, applying Defence and
Biometric technique in the Nigerian Arm forces, NDLA,Road Safety Coorp,Nigerian Police Force,
Efcc ,Nigeria Aviation ,Nigeria Custom an Excise and State Security Corp including Civil Defence
Corp.

Brief Introduction
• This document focus on implementation of military and modern strategy and
intelligent to counter terror and crime and to safe Nigeria from concurrent treat
occurring from day to day in our society
• My strategy will help in utilizing all the major law-enforcement depart in the country
to come together and work together as one to solve the problem. Thereby
incorporating ideas together and working together as one citizen of Nigeria
• The important and the advantage of these, is very broad that I can’t stress out all
now, until I am giving the audience and permission by Mr President and relevant
authorities in charge, to present my ideas and knowledge in Nigeria
• The strategy of creating a New Combatant force, among our existing force and law-
enforcement Sector is a very vital idea because the above forces and law
enforcement

and Borders of Nigeria including surrounding boundaries in Nigeria
• The said strategy is a tactic, techniques and strategic approach to minimize cost and
improve efficiency. The policy is what is been apply in all developed and developing
countries including United Kingdom, America, Canada, China, and Japan .And it fall and
follows the UN- policy for counter terrorism
• Above all, as we all can see, the level of terrorism in Nigeria is no more Blue, or
Orange, is Red according to international intelligent level of grading terror in our
society.
• So therefore, to prevent innocent people from dyeing unnecessary and for the
protection of assets and properties in the countries, we need to come together now,
to avoid further Damage and Disaster.
• Finally this principle will give foreign investors to have second thought, of willing to
invest in Nigeria
