This document outlines a fictional scenario presenting a new business venture called Moola for Mahala Enterprises that specializes in hi-tech fraud. The CEO, Jacky Sparrow, introduces the leadership team and discusses expanding into new areas like international revenue share fraud, Wangiri fraud, and establishing a wireless application service provider in another country to enable these fraudulent activities. Financial projections show large potential profits from return calls generated through unauthorized premium rate phone numbers. The presentation concludes by discussing challenges of preventing sophisticated cybercrime through legislation, knowledge sharing, and international cooperation.

Note from the CEO
My name is Jacky Sparrow. I am the Cyber Expert Officer (CEO) of Moola for
Mahala, a South African based company with international concerns. My highly
skilled team and I specialise in a number of traditional cyber initiatives such as
cyber security, vulnerability discovery, penetration testing and social engineering
techniques.
I started in the cyber world as an analyst in law enforcement when most
advanced threats manifested as physical instead of virtual. It became clear to me
that this field requires constant, ongoing learning, or your knowledge and
expertise will quickly expire. With a background in law enforcement, intelligence
and prosecutions I moved onto consulting and then onto telecommunications.
On a personal level I am a strong supporter of the “Sisterhood of Shawarma”
with its origins in the Republic of Falafel.
But I realised that my particular skills and knowledge were better applied within
my own business enterprise and I now manage a multi-billion Rand international
business. But as with the rapid growth in the cyber market, comes the need for
new business ventures. Such as I shall share with you today…
