• Unlike any other CV drafting method, the Electronic CV developed by the ASSET POINT Suite
platform immediately verifies the veracity of the information and the authenticity of the related
attached documents, offering all users an innovative and highly technological tool for management
of their sensitive data.
• All sensitive data entered are encrypted and protected in accordance with the rules on the
protection of privacy and cybersecurity (EU Regulation 2016/679): only the owner User can select
the information he intends to share and at the same time protect it with a simple procedure of legal
deposit with blockchain technology.
• The data entered is used by the platform, in correlation with other sources of public information to
estimate the intangible value (intangible asset) of the User. Among all the information acquired,
the Artificial Intelligence algorithm inserted in the software identifies those relevant to the
enhancement of the Intellectual Capital, and draws up an Estimate Report of the Intangible Assets
detected.
• The real-time updating of information and therefore of the valuation of the intangible assets owned
by the User, with relative modification of the Asset Point Ranking, offers numerous practical
applications otherwise impossible with the old Curriculum Vitae.

• The ASSET POINT Suite platform verifies the truthfulness of the data and documents uploaded to
your profile, sanctioning and reporting any abuse and attempted fraud, with the closure of the
User's account and referral to the competent judicial authorities.
• For verification, the AI of the ASSET POINT Suite platform uses 3 control modes:
1. Verification testimonials indicated by the User when registering the information.
2. Indirect confirmation with data crossing of other Users belonging to the same network.
3. Data interpolation software from the different verification sources, including digital archives and
all information on the web.
• In addition, the software assigns a reliability ranking to each confirmation source in order to be able
to evaluate and publish the level of information verification.

• If you want to make the legal deposit with a certain date and signature, you can click in the Legal
Deposit Check box: for each deposit you use 1 Credit and the total of your available Credits will be
automatically updated by the system and visible in your Credit counter in the bar at the top right.
• At each Deposit the software will send the receipt with certain date and time directly to your mail.
• Only the deposited information is recorded in the Report of deposited informations and used for
accounting for the value of the intangible assets.

• The ASSET POINT Suite platform publishes the estimate of the value of the information and documents uploaded
to your profile, in compliance with international standards (International Evaluation Standards Council - IVS
210):
- Fair Value: market value
- Replacement Cost: replacement cost
- Future Value: expected future benefits
• In addition, the platform calculates the corresponding Asset point value in real time using the exclusive Asset Point
Score Method.

• Select your plan:
- with the "FREE" subscription you open the free account with no time limits: at any time you can upgrade
by subscribing to a subscription plan to integrate new features into your Electron CURRICULUM VITAE.
- with the "PREMIUM" subscription, the E-CV account with all the features is opened for a period of 12
months.
• If you have a PROMO COUPON with the code, get your promotional subscription immediately

Enter your details for the account opening:
- Select your main area of work
- Fullname; Address; e-mail
- Password

In the "Personal Information" section, you can enter your information, with a short presentation of yourself.

• If the Entity is connected to the platform through its Digital e-Company Profile, your data will be

To register your current network of contacts and certify it, the Digital e-CV provides you with an absolutely
innovative tool: clicking on Add Network will open the Register your network window. Copy the Network link
(or share it directly on social networks by clicking on the relevant symbols) to ask your contacts to confirm
that they know you through a short form. Your contacts that confirm the connection will be automatically
entered by the system in this section as verified relational contacts and will then be evaluated in terms of
Asset Point in your report of intangible assets (Relational Capital). Clearly thanks to the confirmation the
system certifies your connection in bidirectional form and therefore also the intangible value of your contacts
will be affected by every increase in your assets!

The AI software inserted on the ASSET POINT Suite platform estimates the "value" of each connection according to
relational parameters that allow you to evaluate the "weight" of each contact:
By interpolating the information uploaded in private mode (therefore also not visible to the public) on your account with
those collected online, the system automatically calculates your ranking in the form of Asset Point Score Indicators.
Each new relational contact increases the Relational Intangible Capital of both parties: its added value is closely
related to the type of relational bond and to the common peculiarities of individual know-how.
The valorisation and accounting certification of Relational Capital is essentially linked to the estimate of the future
benefits that the relationship can bring: for example, having a Nobel Prize in Quantum Physics among your contacts
certainly represents a greater advantage for a physics student rather than for the friend barista, as it is assumed that
the main activity that will generate "future benefits" and therefore certifiable intangible assets have a higher correlation
index.
Important: unlike many other platforms that collect sensitive data, the ASSET POINT Suite platform does not collect
and use sensitive data as the algorithm does not directly use the data uploaded by the User but transforms and stores
them in the form of pure interpolation: any customer profiling marketing activity is therefore not possible as the system
does not use individual Account profiling techniques.
The only information that is associated with the individual User is the APS INDEX Ranking of its intangible assets in
the form of Asset Points.
Currently in release 5.6 of the ASSET POINT Suite platform the system is limited to taking into consideration the 1st
level contacts: the AI algorithm is being implemented which will allow to calculate the "weight" of these mutual relational
influences up to 3 Level (version 6.0) thus improving the calculation of the estimate of future benefits linked to
intangible assets.

In the Report of deposited information section, the User can see and download the information he
has deposited on the platform with a certain date and time. Only visible, deposited and verified
information is listed on the report. The Report can be used directly by the Accounting Experts as a
documentary Annex to the Estimated Assets Report. It can be conveniently downloaded in excel or
pdf format.

Any information you enter or update consumes 1 Credit. You can consult the amount of your
remaining credits directly in the Credit Counter at the top right.
