ReFace Syllabus offers the methodological framework for the MOOC “Regions facing shocks: building resilient community”.
It builds on the "European Report on Resilient Regions", which highlighted the weaknesses and strengths of partner countries’ regional resilience and their common VET needs in the field. The syllabus defines the main thematic and technical features of the MOOC.
