This document is a questionnaire for students attending a meeting in Carmagnola, Italy from November 7-11, 2016 as part of the Erasmus project "Stay 3E". The 17 question survey asks students about the length of the meeting, welcoming activities organized by the Italian school, special events organized for students, ratings of various activities, opinions on the Stay 3E logo and mascot, favorite activities, information and support from host schools, level of integration in the group, language of communication, any problems during stay, greatest attraction of the Carmagnola school, and whether the meeting fulfilled expectations.
