FULLY FINANCED SOLUTION
We are able to offer cover for all of
the up-front costs associated with the
retrofit project:
• Business Focus: Financing
conserves your organisation’s
working capital and ensures it is
used on core business activities
that provide a higher return on
investment.
• Budgeting: We ensure savings
levels and related payments are
fixed rather than subject to any
floating pricing mechanisms.
• Flexibility: Financing is designed
to ensure that guaranteed energy
savings match or exceed any
related finance payments over
terms of up to 10 years or in some
cases even longer.
• Tax & Covenants: Finance
payments may be offset against
tax thereby creating tax efficiency
as well as the potential to include
off balance sheet treatment. In
addition, any existing banking
loan facilities are not affected as
financing is a discreet package
irrespective of any existing
covenants. Salisbury will work with
you to structure the benefits in line
with IFRS/GAAP rules.
