I think my leadership style is leading by example, I like to take the lead of the project and come up with an idea and distributing tasks to the delegation. I want to keep a positive attitude with the team and want to hear their ideas as well, their suggestions matter to me. I stay very involved with my team and I’m always ready to serve them. I like to set an example by taking every project seriously and working hard for it so that my team knows the importance of finishing the task and making clients happy and satisfied.

My key challenges to overcome include, I lack adaptability because of my high introversion personality, it takes me some time to adapt the change and to fit into a new environment. I also feel that I am not good at communication, and making quick decisions under stress. I feel that I have the ability to think of a wider region and can plan the solutions and I'm also good at giving ideas, but it seems challenging to convey it confidently., so I have to improve my agility.
Discipline: It is a very important aspect of good leadership if you do not show this trait in your personality no one working in the organization would see you as an example or follow you. Also maintaining discipline in the organization is a must, so self-discipline can be used to lead and command respect from employees.
Learning
It creates an educated environment and modern school of thought, leaning in leadership will develop the skills, advance the knowledge, and helps in evolving in a better way. It keeps you updated with the demands of time and situation and skills or knowledge to deal with it. It also maintains a learner-centred environment (Dias et al., 2017).
