works diligently and produces interesting lessons for the children, taking into account all

is keen to continue her own learning to enhance her skills and knowledge.
Sian is a very pleasant person. She is hard working and always wants to produce her
best work. I found working with Sian very easy as she was so committed to the Cluster
and the children. She was trustworthy and had good classroom management skills.
