issues in TEFL. His lesson planning is excellent.
In particular, Stephen has:

Stephen is a natural in the classroom. He has a confident and approachable teaching manner. His
language awareness is very good, as is his planning which was well staged and included clear
elements of student centred learning. Stephen will make an excellent tefl teacher, and a supportive,
positive member of any staff room. I wish him well.
