Induction heating is the process of heating electrically conductive materials, in which heat is generated inside the object itself, instead of an external heat source via the conduction or radiation, avoiding ambient contamination.
Therefore, it is an environment friendly process.
Any electrically conductive material can be heated by induction. By immersing these materials (mechanical parts, crucible, ...) in the heart of a magnetic field, we use eddy currents so that the part heats up by itself by the Joule effect.
