Description
Oracle Database Installed Equipment (ODIE) is the Managed Network Services (MNS) and Managed
Voice and Network Services (MVNS) system for maintaining MNS/MVNS specific data. This includes
customer as well as network related data. The database schema/data of ODIE to supports all devices
(Data, Converged, and Voice) under site centric logic.
ODIE provides user capability to maintain information associated with the following:

Responsibilities
 Analysed business requirements, designed various components and advised on overall technical architecture.
 Conceived & developed complete end-to-end BULK Upload, Create Device and Bulk Password update module
for huge orders using JAVA.
 Developed several completed projects implementing SNMP functionality. Performed integration testing and
debugging.
 Proactively involved in fixing and closure of critical defects and production issues.
 Clear case activities like Merging, Branch creation, Code Labelling.

National Commercial Bank is the largest bank of Saudi Arabia. IBM is the development partner for
the client. The architecture consists of various channels which interact with the back-end application
(CCR) via middleware. The various channels are:
 AOL (Alahli Online)
 IVR
 Bancs
 Treasury
 Base 24
 Beam10
 Alahli eCorp
Kondor+ is a treasury application from Thomson Reuters and it is the largest revenue generator for
NCB bank. It is the most critical and confidential application. The CCR database is the main source of
NCB customer information and used as a reference for all NCB systems.
Responsibilities
 Travelled onsite for client location and analysed business requirements, designed various end-to-end
components and advised on overall technical architecture.
 Developed java/XML components in programming environment. Performed integration testing and debugging.
 Conceived & developed complete interface in connecting to CCR via Middleware using JAVA, Kondor+.
 Proactively involved in fixing and closure of critical defects and production issues.

Description
CFPH (Customer Fulfilment Productivity Hub) is a GUI based interactive application that provides
various set of functions to support daily business operations and to ensure that process execution
is in line with IBM Business Control. CFPH tracks the various contracts that the external clients
make with IBM and time duration of these contracts. The scope of this project is entire Europe,
Middle East Asia, Africa and emerging countries like India, Tunisia and Morocco. The application
comprises of various tools like:
 CFWT (Customer Fulfilment Workflow Tool)
 BLB (Bottom Line Bid)
 Scorecard
 CFVCT(Customer Fulfilment Validation Checklist Tool)
 CRT (Compliance Review Tool) etc.
Responsibilities
 Responsible for writing end-to-end code, building the application and testing thoroughly, shipping it.
 Handling the New Features in various Modules like new Request, PBS Modify contracts in CFTS.
 Configured development and system test.
 Co-ordinate with QA and UAT team for smooth execution of test cycles.
 Involved in task assignment, team management and maintain the co-ordination between on-shore & Off-shore.
