A GD is a methodology used by an organization to gauge whether
the candidate has certain personality traits and/or skills that it desires
in its member.
GD is a novel way to assess person’s personality.
3. What is Group Discussion ?
The term suggests a discussion of views and thoughts
among a group of persons.
The group will have members around 8 to 12 who will
express their views, ideas freely in a friendly manner, on
the given topic.
Within a time of 20 to 30 minutes, the abilities of the
members of the group is measured.
