Work Little,
Play Big
Everything in life should be this low maintenance.
Sensibuilt’s patented Lumenite surface never
needs staining or treatment. Sensibuilt contains
absolutely no food sources to sustain mold or
mildew. Airborne spores penetrate wood and
composites where they can bloom repeatedly,
but with Sensibuilt, spores never get the chance
to take hold. And Sensibuilt resists stains unlike
anything in the industry today, so it never needs
power washing or harsh chemical cleaning. Just
hose it down, kick back and relax. You’re free.

True Colors
Everything under the sun
fades. It’s an eternal rule of
nature. But with Sensibuilt Decking,
we’ve changed the rules. Unlike other PVC products,
Sensibuilt shows virtually no fading or discoloration
after 10 years in the sun. Lab tests prove it – our
Lumenite™
powered surface holds its color at least
three times longer than the next leading
product. And if you need more proof,
you’ll find it in our exclusive
warranty against fading
and discoloration.

The Environment
Gets To Take it
Easy, Too
A better deck shouldn’t be at odds with
environmental sustainability. Sensibuilt
Decking was designed to provide both:
• Sensibuilt Decking has a very long
lifecycle as compared to traditional
wood decks
• Sensibuilt Decking emits no harmful
chemicals into the environment and
requires no harsh chemicals for cleaning,
sealing, or treatment
• Sensibuilt is completely recyclable at the
end of its exceptionally long service life
• Absolutely no trees were cut down

The Science of
Sensibuilt
At Sensibuilt, we look at building materials differently.
Our R&D team uses hard science to develop products
that will outperform and outlast current materials.
We design with the toughest customer
needs in mind, and then test under the
most demanding conditions. Along
the way, we’ve developed some
impressive technologies.
Our scientists were
the first to introduce
solid-core, cellular vinyl
technology to decking.
Now we’re the first to bring
Lumenite surface technology
to decking for the highest
performing decks available.
For us, it’s just another day
of delivering more of everything
you want in a deck.
Decking that
shows its
true colors.

FEINFOCUS Open X-Ray Tube Design
EINFOCUS FXE X-ray inspection products
consist of a demountable X-ray tube assembly,
vacuum unit, and high-power generator. The
required maximum magnification, sample size, and
material to be inspected determine the radiation
head (transmission or directional) and radiation
power employed. FEINFOCUS tubes are offered
with a wide power range (kV) and with up to
999 programmable focal spot positions.
X-ray radiation is generated within the X-ray target.
FEINFOCUS offers two types of targets: directional
targets, which consist of one material, usually solid
tungsten, and transmission targets, which consist of
two layers of different materials, usually a thin tung-
sten layer sputtered onto a backing material or layer.
Focal spot is a key factor in determining image
resolution of the X-ray tube as well as the overall
quality of the X-ray image. As the focal spot decreases
in size, resolution and the ability to detect detail
are improved — enabling geometric or projection
magnification without peripheral shadowing.

The manipulator provides high-precision x-y-z
positioning and rotating/tilting of samples.
Requirements range from quick overview searches
at low magnification to very low speeds at high
magnification. FEINFOCUS utilizes the highest
precision manipulators allowing speeds from
a few micrometers per second to several millimeters
per second.
Realtime X-ray imaging detector processes
data of X-ray waves in realtime into an image
of light visible to the human eye or by electronic
vision systems. Due to the modular design
of FEINFOCUS systems, various imaging chains can
easily be integrated according to the most current
technology standards and customer requirements –
image intensifiers, cameras as well as direct digital
detectors (CMOS, aSi, aSe, CdTe, etc.).
Microfocus X-ray Inspection Systems
icrofocus X-ray systems feature focal
spot sizes down to 1 µm. They consist
of the highest quality open X-ray source,
sophisticated fixturing for securing and manipulating
the sample, and X-ray imaging detector technology.
In addition, they provide all the relevant data for
process improvement and statistical process control.
Open X-ray tube is used in high-resolution
applications and consists of a stainless steel tube
that can be opened anytime for cleaning and
maintenance. It provides a spatial resolution
of < 1 µm, with geometrical magnifications of as
much as several thousand times. FEINFOCUS has
been the expert in tube technology for over
20 years and continues to establish new
benchmarks for X-ray performance and set
new industry standards.

Nanofocus X-Ray Inspection
he focal spot of a nanofocus X-ray tube
measures less than 1 µm in diameter, which
enables the level of detail and resolution
needed for the inspection of ultra-small features
and certain low-density structures common in many
of today’s applications.
Nanofocus X-ray technology is the integration of the
most advanced tube technology and sophisticated
software for controlling total X-ray performance,
such as short- and long-term stability, image
contrast, image brightness, and amount of radiation.
As a result, the development of nanofocus X-ray
technology has lead to inspection systems that allow
for a more controlled electron emission, resulting
in fewer aberrations and, ultimately, in cleaner,
sharper images.
Nanofocus X-ray inspection systems are particularly
suited for applications consisting of sub-micron
components, circuitry, and assemblies, such as those
found not only with MEMS and MOEMs, but also
with wafer-level semiconductor packaging.
This technology, however, is also extremely useful in
detecting slight differences in density of the thermal
adhesive that holds a microchip in place. In addition,
Oblique Viewing
Oblique viewing allows the user to inspect a wide
variety of structures that are indiscernible with con-
ventional 2D top-down X-ray approaches. AIM tech-
nology keeps the region of interest (the area being
X-rayed) continuously within the field of view as the
image detector is rotated around the sample, thus
providing a steady realtime glimpse into the third
dimension. AIM is a proprietary FEINFOCUS design
development specific to the TIGER X-ray system.
True X-Ray Intensity Control
True X-Ray Intensity (TXI) Control provides 100%
consistency in X-ray images by controlling the actual
output of the X-ray intensity. TXI provides immediate
and steady X-ray intensity after auto-start, long-term
stability of X-ray intensity (operator to operator
and system to system), and constant contrast and
brightness for recurring inspections.
FEINFOCUS offers a
complete line of X-ray
inspection platforms, from
high productivity systems
to analytical tools.
TIGER
Ideal for inspecting planar devices, such as printed circuit
boards (PCBs) in electronics assembly. An adjustable
ergonomic console and self-teach software make the TIGER
easy to operate and, thus, best-suited for production
environments. System allows for 60° tilt and 360° rotation
of the image detector for complete angle viewing at highest
magnification. Proprietary Auto Isocentric Motion (AIM)
Technology keeps the region of interest continually within
the field of view.
FOX
The industry’s first nanofocus X-ray inspection system with
sub-micron defect detection, the FOX is ideal for ultra-high
magnification analysis. Available with a multifocus tube with
three (3) modes of operation: microfocus, nanofocus, and
high-power. Focal spot size is < 1 µm; geometric magnification
is up to 2400x. Three specialized configurations of the FOX
system are available: µCT-FOX, WBI-FOX, and DDD-FOX.
In addition to TIGER and FOX systems, the well-established
20 and 30 system series are ideal for electronics production
and lab environments, while series 50 and 70 are in broad
use in automotive and metal working industries. The µ-3D
Visualiser provides valuable 2D and 3D insights into overlying
structures in planar electronic components.
Nanofocus has a focal spot of less than 1 µm in
diameter, which enables the level of detail and
resolution needed for the inspection of ultra-small
features and certain low-density structures
common in many of today’s applications. X-Ray Systems
FEINFOCUS Graphical User

operation fast, easy, and

effectiveness.

With a focal spot < 1 µm, nanofocus X-ray inspection
can also detect sub-micron cracks and flaws in silicon
packaging and fine bonding wires (< 25 µm), as well
as solder "whiskers" that might otherwise be invisible
to a normal X-ray inspection system.

Cogiscan is focused on automating material control for
electronics manufacturing. Cogiscan solutions are unique,
innovative, and based on a real-life understanding of the
electronics industry. The management team has a combined
experience of more than 40 years in semiconductor packaging,
PCB assembly, and related automation equipment.
Industry experts have clearly recognized the value of the
products and services provided by Cogiscan. With the
introduction of Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) control,
Cogiscan was the first company ever to receive three Vision
awards in two years. Through their participation in the
IPC/JEDEC committee for MSD standards, Cogiscan has
also contributed to creating improved guidelines for the
electronics industry.
Cogiscan is dedicated to establishing a global standard for
material tracking by participating in strategic product and
market development and by offering outstanding value in
its products and services.

Cogiscan is an active
member of the JEDEC
JC-14 Committee on
Quality and Reliability
of Solid State Products.
Cogiscan offers an automated control system
that is simple-to-use and insures a very high
level of control. Automating the control of MSDs
yields significant savings in terms of quality,
productivity, and material cost, which leads to
a very straightforward financial justification.
Increased customer satisfaction and confidence
are additional benefits of our relationship
with Cogiscan.

Proper care and handling of MSDs can be a logistical
nightmare. This system makes J-STD-033 usable
with an easy to operate and economical system.
It reduces human error including unnecessary
bake out, which impedes component solderability
as well as bogs down the material flow.

Flexible Material
Identification
The second element of the Cogiscan
platform is the controller to read
and write information to the tags
and to provide the user-interface
for the production operator. The
Local Control Unit (LCU) features
a built-in RF antenna such that
operators only need to scan the
materials on-the-fly as they move
them from one location to another.
The touch-screen interface will
provide all relevant instructions
and warnings, including real-time
location and status of all material
being monitored. One or more
LCUs can be installed in a stand-
alone configuration, using the RF
tags as portable databases, or they
can be networked to a central
server with a complete database
of all materials being tracked in
the factory.
The Cogiscan Platform
Cogiscan provides a simple and robust solution to automate all aspects of material
control in electronics assembly. Combining advanced identification technologies with
modular hardware and software applications, it addresses a wide range of problems
with a common infrastructure. This solution consists of three distinctive elements.
Real-Time
Material Status
Material Tracking
and Control
The third element of the Cogiscan platform is the application software used
to process the real-time material information. The user-interface is designed
with the production operator in mind. All
of the complex process verifications are
automatically performed in the background
while the operator is given simple instructions
to follow. Everything is made as simple and
robust as possible such that critical process
and quality control no longer depend on
operator skills and training level.
APPLICATIONS
Each application module addresses a specific
production challenge. The Cogiscan software is
modular and scalable with an open architecture for easy integration. Each LCU
can host multiple application modules through the same user-interface.
Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) Control:
This is widely recognized as the most critical material tracking application,
since it has a direct impact on the reliability of the finished product.
Cogiscan offers the only comprehensive system that provides real-time
tracking of all MSDs, from the time they are removed from their protective
dry bags, until final reflow. The Cogiscan system insures and demonstrates
that all applicable rules from the joint IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 are being
followed in order to prevent costly field failures. The Cogiscan MSD
control system is recognized by leading electronics OEMs and CEMs
as a benchmark in material quality and process control.
Line Setup Validation:
A complete solution that speeds up product changeover and eliminates the
most common setup errors. This includes product recipe management and
the associated tooling, components, chemicals, programs, etc., for all
machine types, from the screen printer to the bake oven.
Traceability:
Keeps track of all materials, components, and operators involved in building
a specific production unit or batch.
Inventory Control:
Uses the real-time information provided by the Cogiscan platform to keep
track of the physical location of all inventory on the production floor,
including remaining quantity in partial trays, reels, and tubes.
Additional modules may be developed to address specific customer needs.
INTEGRATION
The Cogiscan platform can be seamlessly integrated with external systems to
further automate process control and eliminate redundant operations. For
example, it can be very beneficial to integrate the MSD tracking module with
an existing closed-loop feeder verification system. The Cogiscan platform is
equipment-independent and can work with any OEM and third-party smart
feeder solution.

2
Material tracking in the production line
requires LCUs networked throughout a factory,
collecting real-time material information through
a standard network. Each LCU can interface
directly with production equipment; as the
material is scanned in and out of each
process, relevant data is automatically
transferred and updated.
Data collected at each LCU
is stored in a central database
on the Cogiscan server, which
can interface with external
systems, such as ERP, MRP,
MES, etc. Thus, the Cogiscan
platform facilitates automated
acquisition for high quality,
real-time material data.
The first element of the Cogiscan platform
consists of a unique and highly flexible
material identification. A re-usable
RF tag (SmartClip or SmartDisk) is directly
attached to the material or its container
throughout the manufacturing process.
Each RF tag contains a unique identification
number and can be programmed with all relevant
material identification and process information.
This technology is very practical and cost-effective
in a closed-loop environment since the tags can
be re-programmed multiple times. The same
RF tags can be used to transfer material information
throughout the supply chain. The SmartClip is the first and only practical
identification solution available for the commonly used JEDEC matrix trays
and, as such, it is quickly becoming the industry de facto standard for this
type of container.
SmartClips and SmartDisks
are easily programmed with
all important component
information, such as part
number, lot number, moisture
sensitivity level, and remaining
floor life and quantity.
The operator interface provides
all relevant instructions and
warnings, including real-time
location and status of all material
being monitored.

Why is it called
a reverse mortgage?
With a reverse mortgage you don’t make monthly
payments – you receive them. This type of loan is not due
or payable** as long as you occupy your home as your
primary residence. You are required to pay your property
taxes and maintain home owner’s insurance.
How do I qualify for a reverse
mortgage?
You and your co-borrower (if any) must be at least
62 years of age and occupy a home that is your primary
residence. A reverse mortgage is available to you
regardless of your current income, health, credit score
or debt to income ratios.
How do I know if a reverse
mortgage is right for me?
Before applying for a reverse mortgage, you are required
to participate in an informational counseling session
conducted by an independent non-profit agency. The
counselor reviews alternate financing options, offers a
benefits checkup and verifies your understanding of
how a mortgage works. We encourage you to include
your financial advisor or family members in approved
counseling sessions.
How is the amount calculated?
The loan amount is based on three factors:
•Appraised value of home***
•Age of youngest borrower
•Current interest rate
What are the benefits of
a reverse mortgage?
Some benefits are:
• Tax free* source of cash
• Allows you financial flexibility
• You retain ownership of your home
• You continue to occupy your home
• You can continue to maintain your independence
• Flexible payout options let you choose the
payout plan that is right for you
What is the interest rate on
a reverse mortgage?
Mortgage interest rates depend on current market
conditions as do reverse mortgage interest rates. Typically
reverse mortgage interest rates are competitive with
other mortgage product interest rates. Fixed and monthly
adjustable interest rates are available.
What are the costs involved with
a reverse mortgage?
Costs are similar to other types of mortgages, such as:
• Required property appraisal
• Attorney fees
• Title insurance
• Loan origination fees
• Recording fees
• Monthly servicing fee may be assessed by
the lender
These expenses do not need to be paid out-of-pocket;
they can be deducted from the proceeds of the loan.
Certain programs may require a mortgage insurance
premium. Our Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer can provide
you with all the details.
How can I receive the money
once I qualify?
Based on your individual needs you may choose from the
following payment options:
• Line of credit – draw up to a maximum amount
of your credit line any time you choose and for the
amount you choose.
• Tenure – receive equal monthly payments for
life as long as you occupy your home as your
primary residence.
• Modified tenure – monthly payments combined
with a line of credit.
• Term – receive equal monthly payments for a fixed
period of time you select.
• Modified term – term payment combined with
a line of credit.
• Lump sum – receive a partial or full lump sum
payment at closing.
You may also choose to combine some of these options.
You may also switch between payment options allowing
for flexible financial planning. A borrower opts to have a
line of credit can later change to a tenure option. A small
fee is charged to change payment options.
What about my heirs?
At the time your home is passed to your heirs, the balance
owed on the reverse mortgage comes due. Your heirs
have the option to sell the property and use the proceeds
to pay off the reverse mortgage. Your heirs retain any
excess sales proceeds. Or, the heirs can keep the home
and pay the balance owed on the reverse mortgage from
other resources or assets.
With a reverse mortgage, home owners age 62 or older can convert equity in their home into cash. A special type of equity loan, a reverse mortgage,
can provide a tax free* source of cash without a monthly repayment schedule.

• Borrower provides monetary investment at closing
from allowable funding source such as savings,

* The money is exempt from taxation as the funds from a Reverse
Mortgage are considered loan proceeds rather than income.
Contact your tax advisor for details.
** The reverse mortgage must be repaid when the borrower leaves
the residence or sells the property. In the event the borrower
predeceases the repayment of the reverse mortgage his/her
estate may refinance the loan with a conventional mortgage
(all credit and eligibility requirements must be met) or sell the
house using the proceeds to payoff the reverse mortgage loan.
A monthly servicing fee may be assessed by the lender.
*** Not to exceed maximum claim amount set by FHA.
