place so that they can learn how to find theirs.

6. Watch what your kids can create when they feel like they have the
freedom to do so.

7. Have you noticed how you’ve been responding to your child?
How does it feel? Check in with yourself and how you
respond to your child and why.

8. Most days revolve around a strict schedule. Maybe tomorrow ask
them what they want to do in the evening after school.
Kids lives’ need balance just as much as our own.

9. If you’re expecting them to be unruly or disruptive, they
probably will be. Give them the opportunity to
be on their best behavior.

10. Every morning is brand new and holds all the promise of
having a good day with your kids. Intend it. Feel it.

11. They might not always want to talk about it, but when they do,
listen intently with an open mind and heart. They will appreciate
feeling like you are treating them as an adult in the situation.
