When kids get into their pre-teen and teenage years- which are the years when their choices broaden, -parents may not agree with the choices their teen is making-- and the parent can become fearful. Here are some tips to help you with guiding your children in making their own best decisions.
2. You’ll never reach it anyway. There is so much beauty in the
messy moments and you’ll be so much more relaxed and happy.

3. See your children as unique individuals. Allow them to make
choices that may be different than the ones you’d make.

4. The one that feels best for YOU and your life. Not the one your
mom suggests or the path your best friend is taking. Teach your
children this and they will never go wrong.

5. We must cultivate an ear toward deeper listening and feeling to
show our children what it means to access our own good feeling
place so that they can learn how to find theirs.

6. Watch what your kids can create when they feel like they have the
freedom to do so.

8. Most days revolve around a strict schedule. Maybe tomorrow ask
them what they want to do in the evening after school.
Kids lives’ need balance just as much as our own.

9. If you’re expecting them to be unruly or disruptive, they
probably will be. Give them the opportunity to
be on their best behavior.

11. They might not always want to talk about it, but when they do,
listen intently with an open mind and heart. They will appreciate

12. Parenting
Coach
One of the passions in my life
has been parenting my three
children. By using my Internal
Guidance System in every
aspect of my life, I realized
that by teaching my children
to follow theirs, they stood
the best chance of discovering
within themselves, their
highest path in life.
