Newsletter
There are currently nine NDB alumnae who still spend their days at
1540 Ralston Avenue, whether in the business offices or the
classroom. It is inspiring to see the traditions and heritage of NDB
upheld, when alumnae faculty and staff truly appreciate what NDB
did for them and want to give back. It speaks to the success of
Notre Dame, when our own alumna come back. As Alumnae, we
know what is unique about our years at NDB, just like current
student Mila '17, “What I like about Notre Dame is that it is welcom-
ing and inclusive. It feels like everyone has a place, whether it be a
club or a class, someplace where they can feel at home.”

BU is a big school that feels small, and is enjoying all that
Boston has to offer. Mari was recently featured in a
commercial for BU, and is looking forward to rushing a sorority
in the spring.
Michelle Trucco Flynn ‘85: (right) Michelle kicked off NDB’s
Alumnae Brown Bag series in early February, discussing her
success and career journey. She shared with students her experience of leaving
the corporate world to fulfil her dream of becoming a jewelry designer.

August as a sposi novelli
(newlywed couple) after a Papal
Audience inSt. Peter's Square.
Sondra Schilling Wermes '01 and
husband Greg welcomed a baby
girl, Olivia Marie on October 2,
2015. Dominic and Avery are
proud older siblings!
