Lead functional consultant specializing in Oracle’s (PeopleSoft’s) Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) system.
Provide support and business analysis for initial rollout and ongoing support of ELM. Responsibilities include
fit gap analysis, defining best practices, integrating online course content, identifying test scenarios, creation
of test scripts, unit testing, system testing and training users. Provide recommendations for process
improvement and enhancing user experience.

Project Responsibilities Include
• Functional Lead for deployment of PeopleSoft’s Enterprise Learning Management (ELM 9.2). Responsibilities
include defining business requirements, creating fit-gap document, recommending and prioritizing
customizations, defining customizations, creating test scripts, unit testing customizations, system testing
through multiple passes, defining best practices, integrating and testing online learning content. Create and
deliver basic and advanced training to users.
• Provide consulting support for a new implementation of ELM 9.2. Populate base configuration tables and help
build scenarios for functional testing. Perform discovery, configuration and testing of learning environments,
learner groups, categories, courses, delivery methods, classes and programs (curriculums and certifications).
Perform testing of the Secure Enterprise Search (SES) engine. Define best practices using ELM 9.2 during
discovery and design phases based on system responses and knowledge of ELM 9.1 best practices and
discovered variations between ELM 9.2 and ELM 9.1.
• Functional lead for system testing of ELM 9.1 during PeopleTools upgrade from 8.50 to 8.53. This includes
testing of all delivered and custom functionality within ELM 9.1 that could be validated, including web based
content integration and client customizations (notifications, Outlook calendar, and restricted data views).
Testing was repeated for each server through the migration process to production.
• Functional lead for system testing of ELM 9.1 during bundle fourteen and fifteen upgrades. This includes
complete testing of all implemented functions within ELM 9.1, integration of online content and customizations
(integration to Outlook, email notifications, reports and enhanced online views). Testing was repeated through
all application servers, for the full migration process to production.
• Provide best practice use, content design and configuration assistance for integration of online content with ELM
9.1. Test functionality of online content authored in Captivate 5, Captivate 5.5, Captivate 6, Captivate 7,

Articulate Studio 09, Articulate Studio 13, Articulate Storyline and Flash. Validate two way communication and
correct statistics are passing between ELM 9.1 and SCORM / AICC conformant eLearning content.
• Provide testing and best practices for the use of programs (curriculum and certifications) within ELM 9.1 and
ELM 9.2.
• Provide quality assurance for development of instructor led training material for ELM 9.1. Ensure documentation
for training followed best practices for ELM 9.1. Assist in the development of the exercises to provide continuity,
proper knowledge and understanding of the core functionality of ELM 9.1.
• Operate as one of the subject matter experts (SME) for development of instructor led training material for ELM
9.2. Topics include core functionality and advanced topics including online content integration and best practices
using programs.
• Identify and research variation between ELM 9.1 and ELM 9.2 table configurations and functionality. Validate
and configure functionality of the ELM 9.2 system for use in formal demonstrations. Prepare presentation
material and provide support for ELM 9.2 demos.
Non-ELM Experience
Office Manager - PVI Productions
Provide executive assistance to company president, support daily office operations (manage sales and work orders,
maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable, create and track correspondence, maintain contacts
database, control shipping and handling of product and packages).
Network Switching Systems Operator (Maintainer) – United States Army
Held Top Secret clearance with an SCI (Sensitive Compartmental Information) allowing access to the communication
Algorithmic Encryption Key (AEK) and access to communications at Division and Corps levels. Install, operate
and maintain the LEN (Large Extension Node) Mobile Subscriber Equipment (MSE) node switches used for
mobile troop communications. Support a proprietary switch (AN/TTC-39A) and the Cisco switch (AN/TTC-
39D). Identify defects and initiate corrective measures for any data communications failures. Training
includes large and small extension node (LEN/SEN) switches, maintenance of communication network
equipment and switches, installing and operating communication equipment, operating diagnostic
equipment specific to network switches, support of satellite radio use and maintenance of generators to
power the communication nodes.
Training/Education
Medical Transcription (Associates Degree)
National Business College, Roanoke, VA. 3.7 GPA in Medical Transcription, which includes classes in business systems
and processes, computer operating systems and software applications.
U.S. Army
Trained to install, operate, troubleshoot, and perform unit/DS level maintenance on MSE node switches, large and small
extension switches, circuit switch AN/TTC-39A, circuit switch AN/TTC-39D, SMART-T system, system control center (SCC)
and Satellite radio. Additional Training includes SINCGARS operator, maintaining various communication network
equipment and switches, operating and installing communication equipment, operating diagnostic equipment specific to
network switches, and the generators that went along with the node switches.
