DASHBOARD
The Dashboard feature of TurboTrack allows
you to see all the vehicles you have on
TurboTrack at a glance, which person is driving
which vehicle (only available with Driver ID
Option) and the last known location and time
that your vehicles have tracked in.
SERVICE MANAGER
The Service Manager function helps you to keep
track of your fleet and save money by tracking
when your vehicles are due for a service by
kilometres and / or time and even lets you
know when the registration is due to expire.
Properly maintained vehicles will save you
money by being more reliable and ensure that
they are safer for your employees to operate.
TURBOTRACK REPORTS
A variety of reports can be run in the Turbo Track interface which can be exported in various formats for
editing or forwarding such as PDF, Excel or Rich Text Format. The reports that can be run in TurboTrack are:
Trip Report
Trip Report is a good tool to use if you need to
provide times to customers of when attending to
site and leaving or to track the efficiency of your
drivers. It will tell you when and where the trip
starts and finishes, total driving time, distance in
kilometres and duration of any stops.
Replay
Replay will overlay on a Street Map where a vehicle
has gone, where it has stopped and for how long.
Replay is a great visual tool to know where the
vehicle has gone throughout the day.
Time Machine
Time machine provides a snapshot of your fleet
at a point in time and allows you to move the time
back or forward to see where your fleet travelled
for investigating reported incidents.
Ignition & Hours
Ignition & Hours will give you the total time all
your vehicles are on, the GPS distance the vehicle
has moved, the Odometer Start / Finish and total
Odometer distance.
Overspeed
Overspeed will allow you to insert a speed and find
all vehicles that exceeded that limit.
Driver
Driver report is a RAG (Red Amber Green) report on
your drivers driving behaviour. This is calculated on
harsh braking/acceleration events, seatbelt viola-
tions and driving for extended periods without break
averaged out over the amount of kilometres driven.
Driver Detail
Driver Detail Report (only available with Driver
ID option) will break down the driving events of a
specific driver to tell you when / where an event
occurred.
Geofence
TurboTrack has the ability to set up custom
Geofences which allow you to receive alerts when
a vehicle enters or leaves a specific area or zone.
Geofences can also be set with a speed limit so
that if one of your vehicles goes over the set speed
limit you will be notified with an alert straight
away. The Geofence report can be run anytime to
find out which vehicles crossed over the boundary
or exceeded the set speed limit and how many
times in a certain time period.
Street
The Street Report is a way to find out if anyone has
driven any of your vehicles on a particular street at
during a certain time frame.
