Potential rafter failure
When
a
tank
is
out-­‐of-­‐service
the
bottom
interior
surface
may
be
quickly
checked
for
pitting,
blisters,
low
or
high
spots,
etc.
by

A flashlight close to and parallel with the tank bottom.

sump
