▪ There is a need of increasing awareness amongst the people about workouts and to
initiate them towards workouts . Workouts can be of any form viz. jumping ,cycling ,
going to gym, yoga , swimming, dancing or as simple as walking.
▪ Thus, there is a seminar cum launch of the much long awaited book of the famous
author Rujuta Diwekar ‘Don’t Lose Out , Workout’ on 24th Feb,2014 at Bombay
Gymkhana.
5. RUJUTA DIWEKAR
▪ Rujuta Diwekar is a celebrity
nutritionist and was voted as 50 most
powerful people in India by People
magazine in 2012.
▪ She is the author of "Don't Lose your
Mind, Lose Your Weight“ and "Women
& the Weight Loss Tamasha“.
▪ She holds many celebrity clients
including Kareena Kapoor, Anil Ambani
, Karisma Kapoor, Anupam Kher.
6. KAREENA KAPOOR
• The very famous for her looks and style in
Bollywood and most importantly for her “size
zero“ tag , Kareena Kapoor took Rujuta
Diwekar’s help to lose weight and gained
fame.
• She has been there with her throughout since
the launch of her first book , "Don't Lose your
Mind, Lose Your Weight“ .
