2. Responsibilities/Accomplishment:-
Pre order Activities.
Work order clearance comprises of products that included in our scope.
Overview of client’s requirement, scope of supply and collection of specific data
for the project.
Selections of component with detailed description.
Preparation of Major bought outs, load calculation and cable selections.
Preparing general arrangement for components & overall dimensions of the
control panel.
Post order Activities.
Generating of components list that accompanies in the project.
Preparing Bill of Materials as per project requirement.
To communicate the technical requirements from the customer and suppliers in
terms of design and improve the product performance.
Selection of dynamometer, motors, drives, Transducer and major mechanical &
electrical components as required for project.
Preparation of general assembly drawings to application team for customer
enquiry for customer approval and also incorporate any changes in the drawings
as proposed by the customer from time to time.
Getting quotations from suppliers in a timely and professional manner.
Project coordination and drive towards the successful completion of the project.
Upgrade knowledge & skills on new technologies, testing methods, system
calculations, materials, creation of selection modules, manufacturing process e.t.c.
Validating the machines before client inspection.
To support marketing in application engineering.
Planning, coordinating & Tracking of pre and post order projects.
