 Able to identify opportunities to improve Rail, Rolling Stock, PSV reliability
 Negotiation skills
This is an opportunity to join a key company working in and supporting the Public Transportation
sector.
The Performance Engineers responsibility is to analyse faults, identify reasons for failure, and make
recommendations for improvements.
Daily your duties will be to
 Investigate all Rolling Stock / Vehicle service casualties
 Produce KPI reports to monitor performance
 Develop and suggest improvement proposals
 Assess current service levels against contractual targets
 Undertake technical investigations of Rolling Stock and Public Service Vehicles
 Assist in the management and assessment of safety critical defect reports
Ideally qualified to ONC standard or equivalent, you will need to be computer literate with a good
understanding of Excel spread sheets, and data Compilation and presentation.
