Casepool ltd is a mass personal injury introducer founded by Sean Finlay and Rebekah Smith. They generate 800 accepted PI cases per month, mostly RTAs, through affiliates and in-house call centers. • Formed to be the biggest mass introducer and Claim
generator in the PI sector for the UK and Scotland
• Owners have a combination of over 20 years Experience in the
PI/Call Centre/Legal sectors
• As well as PI the owners are vastly experienced in building
lasting relationships with multiple affiliates for various
campaign’s, product building and data sourcing to introduce
the best Fully Packaged PI and Financial cases in the industry
3. Claim generation
Case pool ltd are able to generate PI cases via multiple channels
through a network of affiliates and their own in house call centres
and Business development Managers, the following structure is used
• Affiliate's ( double vetting PI work introduced from various CMC’s,
brokers via our call centre and home workers )
• Generating PI work in house from 1st use opted in data
• Case pool ltd have taken their time in regard to getting the right
affiliates on board and will avoid at all costs a reputation with
their panel of trying to place work that has limited chances of
success.
4. Current/Future Pipeline
Case pool ltd generate a current pipeline of 800 accepted PI cases
per month
• Consisting of - 70% RTA, fully packaged
• 30% - EL/OL/PL
• By the end of our first Quarter ( July ) our forecast for accepted
PI cases will hit 1500-1800 this is only if further, correct affiliates
are to join the Casepool Ltd Family
5. Case pool ltd Growth Forecast
• For 1500-1800 accepted PI cases per month the following needs to
be in place –
• Correct panel and fee per case in place
• Panel members in house vetting needs to be tight and run correctly
• RTA – 5 day reject or accept and sign up
• EL/OL/PL 7 day reject or accept and sign up
• All cases to be invoiced and paid weekly and if possible twice
weekly for RTA
• Case pool ltd are also in discussions to work with a panel member
for up – front and daily payment, for this model a exclusive deal can
be implemented
6. Case SMS
• Case SMS is a bulk SMS desktop software
• Developed as a Case pool ltd product to run SMS campaigns from 1st use opted in
SMS data
• 80% cheaper to run an SMS campaign than with the usual provider’s
• Software at testing stage, ready to be taken to a downloadable model
• Contract in place with one of the biggest Networks to provide SIM usage
The potential for this product is huge, I initially developed the software with a
programmer to be integrated into Solicitors opted in CRM system’s and to build
marketing campaigns, we are also looking for partners and investors for this
product currently….

• Case pool ltd have teams of ten Claims handlers/Vetter's
dealing with PI work
• All staff are trained to MOJ/SRA standard and understand
how a claim works and more importantly work to our
panel’s criteria
• All claims are double vetted to get cases accepted to our
panel criteria
• Managers conduct regular QM and 121 enabling our staff to
be the best that they can be for panel and our clients
• Strict training is in place as well as development files for all
Handler’s
• Panel Members will have a dedicated account manager for
reporting and point of contact for any client/Company issues
