Quality of the entity product-automobile is made out of qtlalities. of the
characteristics, qualities of the phases and the basic qualities.
Determination of values of tl1Qse qualities is very complex and it is the subject of
study of many authors 0,2,3,4).
For example, quality of the entity product-automobile encompases a set of basic
qualities of construction, production, and exploitation, and its value could be
dctrmined according to formula:

DISCUSSION
People in general, managing the quality of the entity-product, including t~me as a
bctor, ll1<111c1geat the same lime the rest of the factors of the entity-society as well
(Fig.!), <1the moment, mainly insufficiently aware of this phenomena.
Strategy of future development of management of quality of an entity (QME) @ ,
especialy QME (Society) @ according to authors vision, will be the driving force of
progress and humanisation of the world, if only globaly and personaly investigates,
<1nd makes more wide and more deep theis phenomena in XXI century.
