The target user described is a busy parent who wants to lose weight but finds it difficult due to their schedule; the app aims to provide independent training and motivation solutions without requiring specific diets.

Our app is targeted at anyone who needs that extra
motivation to get them to their dream weight. When
you have entered your chosen weight and how long
you want it to be till you get there, our app will give
you a unique timetable that suits your busy lifestyle.
You can become motivated to lose
weight, anywhere and everywhere with our mobile
app. You can even take it to the gym, park, work or
just at home.
3. Problem
Many people around the world struggle to
become motivated to lose weight and get to there
dream size. If this motivation is lost people
become angry with not only dieting but
themselves.
5. We have many options to help this problem
including vouchers and prizes that can be won.
Also, if you accept to connect our app to your
Facebook, your friends and family will see if you
have skipped a training session and therefore the
ones you love are able to motivate you further.
