This document proposes a mobile app called "Fat or Not" that gamifies healthy behaviors and weight loss. It works by challenging friends on Facebook to compete in daily exercise and healthy eating tasks. Users log their height, weight and BMI, then can swipe to challenge friends. Challenged friends must accept and complete daily tasks posted to their walls. Over time, as users complete challenges and update their weight, the app tracks BMI changes and rewards progress with badges. The goal is to motivate friends through friendly competition and make healthy habits fun.

give a shit. Seriously? Are you comfortable with this? You shouldn’t be.
Did you know, that obesity is one of the worlds most modern problems. It’s the consequence of the
fast changing world, and of you being too comfortable with your life. Everyone is in a hurry in our fast
moving world, people don’t have time to prepare a healthy meal, to do any kind of physical activity,
and they sit all day long - regardless where they are.

notification from the Fat or Not app. Then if
he/she downloads the app and accepts the
challenge, the app posts on both of your
facebook walls, that the game is on. Than
the fun begins...

and tips from the app. Each one gives
you an opportunity to prove that you
are more dedicated than the other.
Challenges are calculated based on
both of your current BMI indexes, and
they consist of various activities, such
as pushups,squats,sit-ups,abdominal
exercises, plankings, cardio workouts,
running, etc.
